Sagacity provides services that free up the time spent on IT to enable you to better utilise those resources to drive your business forward. We accept full accountability and responsibility for the majority of the services we provide.

The typical Managed Services process starts with an IT audit to determine the state of your current environment and any corrective action required.

Upon agreement to proceed, your internal network is connected into the Sagacity private network enabling our IT support team to address all of your staff just like a department of our technical systems and infrastructure – albeit potentially widely spread. Your servers are maintained, patches and updates applied without unnecessary downtime for your business.

Special software tools are implemented to monitor, manage and repair all elements of your network – generally before you even know that you have a problem. Firewalls are already in place, email is scanned for viruses both incoming and outgoing and our “push” anti-virus offering OfficeScan, protects you even further.

Any user who needs assistance can simply call our support centre where the issue is immediately handled by our expert team of technicians. Every call is logged and call reporting is available to you on the web. If training is required, then this can also be arranged.

In the event of a warranty hardware failure, Sagacity can project manage your hardware vendor on your behalf, or replace the product for you according to your agreed Standard Operating Environment (SOE).
