Remote Management

Support Centre
Our support centre service will log all calls and track their status to closure. Depending on the nature of the call events may be closed on the spot or forwarded to a more appropriate resource for action.

Remote control of workstations
Our support centre has the ability to take control of the desktop and step the user through issues.

Remote access to servers and other devices
Through our secure private network, authorized staff would access devices for both preventative and remedial maintenance.

Backup verification
Ensuring a complete backup has occurred and verify that there is recoverable data on the backup media

Call management with escalation & notification
Calls that cannot be resolved internally are escalated to nominated third parties and tracked to closure. Notification parameters are in place to ensure follow up of open jobs. i.e. warranty work

Daily Maintenance Schedule
Ensure proper operation of Servers & Services including sufficient available disk space, resolve any issues

Weekly Maintenance Schedule
Update Virus patterns on servers & workstations, Check continuity of data files and defrag if required, Check and repair NDS, examine abend & system logs, check available disk space on workstations.

Monthly Maintenance Schedule
Check for required service packs for operating system & applications on servers & workstations

Deliver and Install applications
Ensure standard applications are operational on all desktops, including relevant printer drivers

Fixed Price Contract
All remote services are included in the basic management charges. Only on-site work will attract additional charges. We guarantee that at lease 80% of all remedial service work can be carried out remotely thereby attracting no additional expense.
