Technical Plan

There are at least 3 steps to getting your Information Technology Technical Plan in place.

1. Your company needs to have a Business Strategy that IT is to support.
2. You need to develop an IT Strategy to support the Business Strategy.
3. One you have completed this, it is then essential to develop an Information Technology

Plan that reflects the IT Strategy to support the Business Strategy.

This all sounds very straight forward, but many long-suffering IT Managers are required to undertake step 3 before undertaking steps 1 & 2. This leads to inefficiencies, a reactive environment, and can potentially reduce the level of support available to your staff, your customers and your suppliers.

In smaller companies where there is less breadth of management, working through this process is critical to a successful IT operation.

Sagacity provides you with a unique link between your business executive and your IT professional. By offering highly skilled consultants to work with you at each of these stages, you have the opportunity to maximise your opportunity for success.

In many smaller organisations, by working closely with your team utilising proven planning techniques, we can take you from nothing to plan in just one session. Sagacity will even document the results, and provide you with initial estimates on the pricing of the IT Plan.
